OUR EXPERIENCE:
We have extensive experience auditing businesses, schools, hospitals, churches, parks, recreation areas, government facilities, municipalities, and industrial complexes. We have conducted energy audits for the National Park Service, have completed successful shared saving projects for local church congregations, and provided construction management for replacement boilers and energy retrofits for school districts. Many of our projects involve the installation of lighting controls and replacement of old luminaries with new energy efficient lighting systems. From simple furnace systems to advanced HVAC units, we can provide the best energy reduction strategies to save you the most money with your investment in energy management. We also can provide construction management services to assure that your projects get completed correctly and the improvements are saving you energy and money.
OUR SERVICES:
We provide many additional services associated with energy reduction projects. After an energy audit has been completed and a list of potential energy saving changes has been identified, the next step is the development of an "Energy Action Plan". We provide project evaluation and planning guidance to produce a plan of action complete with cost quotes and savings estimates. We can coordinate the contractors needed to install the project upgrades and provide construction management services. After the new system is installed, we can provide energy monitoring evaluation and system maintenance contracts.
